Reservations
  • A reservation is not an obligation to pay; indicate how many tickets you want then come back and pay another day.
  • Leave a credit card to guarantee your reservation.
  • The Event (“FLUID”) sells out quickly and unpaid reservations cannot be guaranteed.

    Ticket sales
  • All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.
  • In the event that a refund is approved, 50% of the full purchase price will be refunded less a service charge of $15 per ticket.
  • Should a refund be issued, it will be by the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used, the refund can only be issued to that particular card.
  • All applicable federal and provincial taxes are included in the ticket price
    • Ticket Pick-up
  • All tickets must be picked up at a FLUID ticket distribution location (locations to be announced) before December 31 at 7PM. Tickets will not be available for pickup at the door of the event. Please bring photo ID & the matching credit card used to purchase the tickets.
    • Ticket Delivery
  • Guests who prefer to have their tickets hand-delivered to home or hotel addresses in Montreal will be charged $7 per ticket, with a minimum charge of $42, all applicable taxes included.
    • Liability
  • The purchaser of the ticket(s) assumes any and all liabilities as to the risks and dangers that may result from the Event and waives any claim for loss or damage whatever the cause, incurred or suffered, whether occurring before, during or after the Event.

    Lost or Stolen Tickets
  • FLUID is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets that are lost or stolen will not be replaced or refunded.
    • Event Entry
  • FLUID reserves the right to refuse entry to ticket holders based on age or state of health.
  • FLUID reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate with or without a refund.
  • Ticket holders may be searched at the entrance of the Event
  • Ticket holders are prohibited to enter FLUID with alcoholic beverages.

    Privacy Policy
    It is FLUID’s policy to respect the privacy of its users. FLUID will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or your use of the Service, including its contents, without your prior permission unless FLUID has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
  • conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process;
  • protect and defend the rights or property of FLUID;
  • enforce the TOS; or
  • act to protect the interests of its members or others.

    • You agree that FLUID may access your account, including its contents, as stated above or to respond to service or technical issues.
    Member Communications Policy
    FLUID may from time to time send out communication pieces either by direct mail and or email to notify customers about upcoming specials (ie: early bird pricing on New Years Eve tickets). In the event that you wish to no longer receive emails from us, simply send us an email with subject: “unsubscribe” and you will automatically be removed from our list.
